Delivery

Stories For Walls does not hold stock. Every artwork is printed or framed to order and therefore, every order is made and prepared especially for you. This means that we require a little time to print or frame your order before we ship it to you.

PRINTS: Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your poster art to be printed and delivered. 

FRAMED PRINTS: Please allow up to 7 business days for your poster art to be printed, framed and delivered. PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP FRAMED PRINTS TO DUBAI LOCATIONS ONLY. If you have ordered a framed print and you live outside of the Dubai emirate, we will refund your AED30 delivery fee and provide you with an address to collect your framed print from our framers in Satwa.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except for damaged or defective prints. 

Please ensure you have selected the right sized print for your space before placing your order. If you believe a print or product is defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send us some photos so that we may assess the issue.

Custom prints and artworks are not subject to returns or exchanges.
