Our Lead Time and Wallpaper Process
One of the most common questions our customers ask is how quickly can their wallpaper be installed.
Our wallpapers usually take 7-10 business days from payment to installation. We do not recommend rushing your wallpaper as small mistakes can be very costly for our customers. Please always allow reasonable timeframes for your wallpaper project. Stories For Walls will not be held liable for any loss the customer may incur from our team not meeting unreasonable deadlines that are less than 7 business days.
Our wallpaper process has five stages as follows:

Measuring
You can measure your walls using our handy tips here, or you can pay our team to measure your walls for you here.

Design Selection and Quote
Once you have chosen your preferred design you can enter your wall's measurements into our online calculator (on every wallpaper product page) to calculate your wall's costs; OR you can email us (or WhatsApp) and we can send you a customised quote. We also recommend ordering a sample before you order your full wallpaper. You can order a sample from any product page on our website.

Online Payment
Once you are ready to pay for your wallpaper, 100% upfront payment must be made via our website. You can choose to enter your wall's measurements into our online calculator (on every wallpaper product page) and then 'Add to cart'; OR you can email us (or WhatsApp) and we can send you a customised payment link to pay online.

Artwork Approval
Once you have paid for your wallpaper we will create your artwork ready for print. (Within 1-3 days from purchase pending our current schedule). When your artwork is ready we will email this artwork to you for final approval. Your artwork must be reviewed carefully ensuring no mistakes are sent to print, and your approval provided in writing, (via email). The timeframe for artwork approval will be pending the speediness of your response.

Delivery/Installation
Once you have approved your wallpaper it will be sent to print and we can schedule your installation (for the seamless, traditional and self adhesive vinyl wallpapers) or arrange delivery (for our peel & stick removable wallpaper). If you have selected our seamless, traditional or vinyl wallpaper, your installation will be scheduled pending a date and time that is convenient for both you and our installation team. If you have selected our peel & stick removable wallpaper (DIY installation), you will be provided a tracking number once it has been dispatched. Most peel & stick removable wallpaper deliveries take approximately 14 business days after your wallpaper has been printed.
