JOINS

Zero Joins -  installed as one full sheet

Butt Joins - (where two tiles butt up against eacher) every 125cm

Overlapping Joins - installed with 1cm overlapping joins every 150cm

Overlapping Joins - installed with 1cm overlapping joins every 135cm
JOIN VISIBILITY

Joins are not visible due to being a 100% seamless material (see examples)


Butt joins are visible but they are very subtle with minimal visibility (see examples)

Due to vinyl being a thinner material its overlapping joins cast shadows. Vinyl joins are the most visible type of join. Joins are less visible on darker and busier designs (see examples)

This material's overlapping joins have minimal visibility and are hard to see. This is because the material is thick and does not cast any shadows on joins. (see examples)
COLOURS Prints yield high saturated colours so best for full colour designs. White, pastel and light designs produce cooler colours and grey whites. In some lighting, whites and pale greys printed on this material can produce a hint of blue or magenta (depending on room lighting), so ordering a sample for light and grey designs and testing them in your room's lighting is an absolute must  Colours are less saturated. Prints yield softer and warmer whites so better for light, white, pastel and grey coloured designs. Darker, bolder colours printed on this material are not as vibrant so if ordering a full colour design, we recommend ordering a sample first 

Prints yield high saturated colours so great for full colour designs. 

White and light designs can sometimes produce cool/bluish whites. In some lighting, whites and pale greys printed on this material can produce a hint of magenta so ordering a sample for light and grey designs and testing them in your room's lighting is an absolute must

Prints yield medium saturated colours so perfect for both full colour AND white, pastel, grey and light coloured designs

WALL COVERAGE

99% Block Out. Covers small wall blemishes like fine cracks easily. Can be installed over darker coloured painted walls like dark blue or black. Cannot cover bumps or deep cracks in your wall

50% Block Out. Wall must be light or white in colour with absolutely no blemishes or discolouration


50% Block Out. Wall must be light or white in colour with absolutely no blemishes or discolouration


99% Block Out. Covers small wall blemishes like fine cracks easily. Can be installed over some medium coloured walls but not dark blues or black.

INCOMPATIBLE WALL SURFACES

Cannot be installed on hi gloss, enamal, glass, metal or painted veneers and varnished woods. Cannot stick long term to walls painted with oil based paints or with heavy texture or stippling.

LONGEVITY

Uses the strongest glue that has the best longevity in the UAE climate. It tolerates the hot walls of UAE homes and constant AC well. Lasts 5 -10 years

Uses medium strength glue that has good longevity in the UAE climate provided it's not installed on hot walls, near strong AC vents or installed on a stain resistant paint.

TEXTURE

Has a subtle canvas texture and is completely matte when installed. This textile is scratch resistant

Has a smooth paper texture and is completely matte with no sheen at all 

Has a smooth vinyl texture and a very subtle sheen in some lighting conditions.

FIRE AND SAFETY Material is PVC free and non toxic. The glue whilst wet will temporarily omit minimal toxic fumes.  Good ventiilation is required until dry.

Material is PVC free and non toxic. The waterbased glue whilst wet will temporarily omit miminal fumes. Good ventiilation is required until dry 		All PVC and Vinyl materials contain chemicals and phthalates that must be given time to gas out. A well ventilated room is recommended after installation for 1-2 days to ensure all toxic fumes from the material have gassed out. Fire rating: 

B-s1, d0		 Material is PVC free, non toxic, green and phthalates free wtih the highest A1 Grade fire rating. The adhesive will not omit any toxic fumes at all and is 100% safe for nurseries and for children with sensitivity to chemicals and fumes
CLEANING

Easy to wipe down and clean. Can be gently wiped with a warm damp cloth but do not scrub. Material is water resistant but not waterproof.

Cannot be scrubbed or get wet. Only light, gentle daubs with a damp cloth

WET AREAS

Can endure moderate humidity and moisture but cannot constantly have water splashed onto it. Do not install close to water outlets. Install above tile lines and away from wet floors. Material is water resistant (not water proof).

Cannot endure humidity or any water. Must not be installed in bathrooms with high humidity or high water usuage

Can endure medium humidity and light water splashing. It can be easily wiped down and provided the material is not sitting in water or left wet, can work well on bathroom walls (away from direct contact with showers)

Can endure low humidity and moisture and is splash resistant however, do not install close to water outlets. Install above tile lines and away from wet floors
HOW TO REMOVE

Must be removed by soaking and scraping or steamer. Your wall will need to be sanded and repainted after removal

Remove at a 180° angle while pulling slowly against itself. Wall surface will be glue/residue free. If removed slowly and carefully either minimal or no paint will be removed
